It's amazing... just when you are freaking out about everything God comes along and says "It's all right - I have everything under control." I had one of those experiences today, that I thought I'd share with the world...

It was 7:34am and I was running late for School. My wife was a little worried about stuff happening today, and I was a bit worried about her. I couldn't find my shoes, and my laptop wasn't packed yet so I couldn't go to Uni. 7:36, I ran out the door and jumped into the car. Speeding out the driveway, down the hill I found myself praying like anything that God would be giving her (my wife) the strength to get through today, and that everything would go well for her. Then, looking at the clock I started freaking out about the time. By 7:40am, the traffic down Boundary Rd (near where I live) should be banked up to the roundabout past where I live. As I pulled out onto the road, I couldn't believe my eyes - the traffic was virtually not there. Every intersection the lights went through just the right way, and I arrived precisely on time. I knew that God was showing me that he was in control of the small things enough to handle the slightly bigger things that I was stressed about. He cared and provided so much that I didn't need to worry - I could simply trust that he would provide.

Praise the God of not just the big, but the God of the small!
