Written by Andrew Yager

For those of you who like the summary version - Bess is out of her operation, and is recovering well. She spent most of today sleeping, but was quite wide awake by this evening, and feeling restless enought to want to start wandering around. Praise God! I'm very glad that he has once again shown his love and mercy to me and my family.

Six hours and thirty minutes to go.. PDF Print E-mail

In six hours and thirty minutes my wife will be at hospital for thyroid surgery. It's relatively minor surgery (only an hour or two, and she will be out on Tuesday) - but pray for her during the operation and during recovery. We have one of the best thyroid surgeons, at one of Sydney's best hospitals, so God willing, all will be well.

There is a difference between NAT and PAT! PDF Print E-mail

It sometimes bugs me... like right now... that when I am trying to find information about a particular technology people have universally used the wrong term to describe a commonly used feature. Have you ever noticed that the more meetings you attend in a day, the worse you feel? Do you ever feel like you spend your entire day in meetings and not get anything done? I know I have.

Logitech have released a new universal remote control, called the Harmony remote. Read about it here. I haven't yet played with their test drive, although I will soon. But what caught my attention was this lovely little page on how it works. It's quite fun really. Make sure you read the different ways of doing the tasks... especially the last two!
