OK. Joomla has some nice content editing features. And some that aren't. In the management interface, you can add a story. It has a nice WYSWYG editor interface provided by TineMCE. All good so far... but the keyboard shortcuts you would normally use (for example command + left arrow to move back a word) still have their browser meaning.

Logitech have released a new universal remote control, called the Harmony remote. Read about it here. I haven't yet played with their test drive, although I will soon. But what caught my attention was this lovely little page on how it works. It's quite fun really. Make sure you read the different ways of doing the tasks... especially the last two!

Welcome to my new blog and random other stuff site. I finally got sick of blogger.com and thought it was time I tried for something new. I'm not yet sure if we'll stick with this software - I'm looking for a few features like commenting, and perhaps upload of files, but I may yet find them. |
